·          REGISTRATION

·          Registration for most classes closes 15 days prior to class.

·          Minimum number of registrants to hold class is 8 (some exceptions may apply)

·          Minimum number of registrations must be received by IICT 30 days in advance of class or class may be cancelled

·          Multiple attendee discounts available (available on Registration Form)

·          Registration Form with method of payment 15 Days before class begins holds seat.

·          Cancellations up to 15 Days before class begins will be refunded less a $100 fee to cover expenses.

·          Cancellations up to 7 Days before class begins are refunded at 50%.

·          No refunds for cancellations within 1 week of class start.

·          Substitutions are allowed at anytime.

·          Pre-registration is available on line.

·          Registration is complete and place reserved when registration is received & payment method is received by IICT.   

 

·          ON-SITE TRAINING

 

·          Unless otherwise agreed upon between Customer and IICT, On-site training is performed only for employees of Company issuing contract. Various locations acceptable.

 

·          FEES

 

·          Due to a significant number of mergers and company closures, IICT requires all workshop payments to be paid in advance of class unless prior arrangements have been made.

·          Consulting projects require 50% down payment with remainder due at time of project completion.

·          Class fee includes Classroom Material, Instructor and

                  Certificate!

·          CD

 

·          Procedure CD’s are guaranteed as  Exchange only!

In the event that circumstances beyond our control, requires IICT to cancel or postpone a class, IICT cannot be held responsible for cancelled airfares, cancelled hotels or any other expenses incurred by the student due to cancellation of the class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event, or to change instructors.
